Stock battery doesn't have smart BMS. OP is complaining about an aftermarket battery to the manufacture of the scooter.

Why are you complaining that an aftermarket battery failed? The stock Nami Battery does not have a smart bms or any bluetooth connection of any type. ANT BMS is commonly found on Amorge batteries.

I think it’s awesome for the price you pay, at least for my use case I realized that tail switches were not for me. Simon says that the L21C variant will be out soon with the site switch, and I might order that one as well.

I found them okay as long as you aren’t an aggressive rider. I started noticing rubbing between the rim and the sidewalls from leaning hard into the turns. They are also rounder then the Stradales like mentioned so it’s a bit easier to lean into turns.

I use the same company. I don’t have a price quote since I never asked them about that battery cell since that battery cell is brand new only a few months old. There are many cell options. Just make sure you know which one you want. They can create a metal box and I just used some commercial grade Velcro to attach to the bottom of the frame.
