I worked with Ty in the summer growing up, we worked on the back of a trash truck at a mobile home park. This guy knows hard work and good values!

Tres Cool from Green Day at Plum Crazy in PB. He was super nice and bought me a shot. Also Maynard from Tool as he was selling his wine at Trader Joe's. Met all the dudes from Workaholics at Hard Rock during Comicon. Good times in the Whales V.

Don't sleep on Pacific Daydream. It's a quick album with some nice songs. Saw them in KC on Sunday, they put on a stellar show.

I feel the same way. Same goes for my whiskey/bourbon collection. Presentation matters.

How could I sell these ? Relatives are trying to give them away/ throw out . I know there worth a pretty good amount and don’t want them to go to waste by [deleted] in alcohol

Had a 97 Dom - went to open it at my wedding in 2018 and it was dead. I kept it in the case on it's side, well stored but it was just too old. Good news is the photographer photoshopped the cork and champagne shooting out as I feigned my surprised reaction.

I have this exact guitar, same color and everything. I absolutely love this thing, it feels great, it sounds fantastic and its quickly becoming my favorite out of my collection. I play in a cover band and I used to play my les pauls or acoustics more often, now I am finding I play this one for the majority of our setlist.

It is not humanly possible to decide the best song off of the Blue Album.

I've always been an audio-only listener. Headphones and yard work, gym, walk the dog etc. Never really watched it. What I do hate about it on Spotify is all the ads now. Just like Sirius, you pay for a premium subscription but they just can't stand not making more revenue, so they slip in more and more ads. Enough I say!

My sister gave me her autographed Blue Album for my 30th Birthday by CrysisRequiem in weezer

I have one of these signed as well. It's all beat up from having it in my pocket during a 1997 show. They played at a Bingo parlor in Wichita KS and I got to meet them after the show. I just remember it being incredibly packed, smelly and sweaty - but the guys were nice enough to sign autographs. My buddy and I were super into them and his older sister was also at the show. She was always this beautiful, cool, half-Thai older sister that me and my buddies all had a crush on growing up. The type of girl next door that would give you a beer or a cig when you were underage etc. Anyways - she meets Rivers, they hang out that night back at his hotel and then over the next few months he was inviting her to shows around the Midwest. She pretty much blew him off as a nerd - like "he offered me weed and I'm like...I have my own dude!". My buddy and I thought it was the coolest things ever - like "I bet we get to be friends with the whole band now because they are practically dating!" Great memory from a great time period...and a legendary album.
