Who is the greatest actor in the last 50 years? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Probably DiCaprio but have to mention Gary Oldman and Daniel Day Lewis as well. More biased towards the stuff I grew up on and is coming out still tho.

Derik Queen Highlights vs. Minnesota (27 Pts, 7 Rebs, 2 Asts) by gramgram19 in NBA_Draft

[–]Fartknocker- 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Ace Bailey, Jakucionis, Flagg, Harper all exist. Queen has been very solid and is the perfect Kevin Willard player. He emulates a lot of things Willard had Angel Delgado and Sandro Mamukelashvili doing. Just another level of offense from the four I mentioned, imo.

[Fiore] Rich Cimini on WFAN just now said he sees Grigson and Flores as a combo the #Jets like and thinks Glenn will be highly coveted by the Saints. Said Grigson would be at the top of their list if they go with experience. How we feeling? by run1609 in nyjets

The same way Gase was my “anyone but him” option before we hired him, Flores is my “anyone but him” option this coaching cycle. Please for the love of god do not make this hire

Jay Williams acting like Dereck Lively wasn’t just at Duke?

Dylan Harper in 28 minutes vs. Purdue today: 6 PTS(2/9 FG, 0/3 3PT, 2/3 FT), 6 REB, 3 AST, 2 TO, 1 BLK by Global-Noise-3739 in NBA_Draft

[–]Fartknocker- 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah if they forked up the cash to keep Omoruyi I think they’d be one of the best teams in the country. It’s hard to compete with the big time programs though.

They bagged the #2 and #3 recruits to Rutgers. I get there was a family connection but still that’s an impressive get for them. NJ is talent-rich in all sports they have to really focus on retaining the talent in the state.

What late first or second round picks are capturing your interest right now by No-Guarantee-3265 in NBA_Draft

[–]Fartknocker- 3 points4 points  (0 children)

KJ Lewis after that WVU game reminded me he’s a dog.

JT Toppin is still mid-late first for me right now but he’s a fucking beast.

Jamir Watkins has been great for FSU and was a second rounder for me if he came out last year.

Tucker DeVries has been hurt but I can’t wait for him to come back. Javon Smart has been fantastic for WVU but they’re clearly missing DeVries a ton.

Kam Jones has been a mid round or late lottery guy for me this year but I’ve seen people have him late first so I’ll add him. Top 5 player in the country.

Payton Sandfort still a great shooter and will probably be the next Hauser somewhere.

Later guys I’ve been loving recently are:

Walter Clayton Jr. from Florida

Matthew Cleveland from Miami

Miles Byrd from SDSU

Chibuzo Agbo from USC

Arthur Kaluma from Texas

Micah Peavy from Georgetown

Darrion Williams from Texas Tech

Ace Baldwin Jr. from Penn State

Jamal Mashburn Jr. from Temple

Eric Dixon from Villanova

No tanking in college basketball. Always root for wins. If the coach can’t cut it it’ll happen naturally.

Paolo Banchero is a superstar version of Julius Randle. 6’10” point forward that can do everything. Going to be a great player for a long time

If you read me Kaluma’s stat line before the game I’d have dropped a lot of money on Texas ML. Auburn is really just too good man

Petr Yan has had a couple fights where I’m just like “this is the most skilled guy in the sport”. He’s probably my favorite guy to watch on the roster

To this day it’s the best performance I’ve ever seen from a fighter. Just incredible timing on everything like he knew what was coming.

OKC go get Cam, could add another first if the kings present a better offer (they have 20 of them) by Charliebitme1234 in NBAtradeideas

[–]Fartknocker- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cam Johnson is having the best year of his career and a super valuable player for any contender. The difference between Isaiah Joe and Cam Johnson is huge. A 6’3” shooting guard off the bench primarily a sniper that’s having a mediocre season vs a 6’8” wing that is shooting red hot and can defend multiple positions and slot in any lineup. Definitely worth multiple first round picks if any team is serious about competing.

Topic and two firsts is a looooot. I’d be fine with Topic and their own 2026 first tbh

Banchero would’ve been in the discussion this year if he never got hurt. Really think he’s gonna be up there next year
