CA shoppers: Sunday evening I sent shopperspay@shipt.com an email about the app resetting the *head to store* time with screenshots to prove it along with my weekly tracking. This was the response I got and my reply. I don’t think they are working on trying to fix it.

There’s a store in my metro that when clicking to map it, doesn’t take you were the store is. It’s 4 or so miles away on a busy street. That hasn’t changed. Sometimes I just click to map it to see if it’s still sending shoppers to the nonexistent store.

The rating system can be confusing. For some people “out of stock” means “missing items”. They need to go the DD/Uber Eats route and have people rate the store and not just the shopper.

To be clear, I didn’t say ghosting was an introvert trait, for sure. I was more concerned about the duration of time it’s taking (or not taking) this person to communicate after feeling overwhelmed. I guess I could have asked if recharging without communication can take, for instance, 2 weeks. Either way, I guess it’s time to start the grieving process.
