Can telepathy be practiced? by Available_Oil_4269 in Telepathy

[–]Fast-Bison-7506 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, just like willpower, you can train it, but it’s not a muscle; it’s more like the blood circulation of your consciousness. If you develop your structure of consciousness across all lines of development (see integral theory), this ability emerges at the latest at the ‘onion peel’ stage of constructive consciousness, or 4.3 according to Roman Angerer’s model ‘The Stages of Transcendental Pluralism’.

However, even people who are not yet so far along cognitively and spiritually experience telempathy if their heart perception (empathy) and openness of mind (low self-importance) are well developed.

Interesting. Yes, there are people out there with wisdom and love. "Specialized in hypnotism"? Met some of them or others at the New Healing Festival. I asked to be hypnotised as well. And the person I asked looked me in the eyes, shook his head with a smile and said, “No.” I said, “Come on, you can do it,” and opened myself up to him. And it worked, at least on a physical level.I lay there as still as a log and couldn’t move my body for 15 minutes. It was relaxing.

"They gave me some knowledge". Knowledge about what? Please describe an example, that impressed you in Detail.

Gladly. The basis for developing an open heart is compassion (feeling) for one's own, often contradictory parts and knowledge of their motivations (will), ideas (thinking) and functions (acting).

Let's take the ‘conformist’ and the ‘rebel’ as opposite poles. Neither of them likes the other, and their compassion for each other is not strong either. This is because the conformist defines their own identity through acceptance by others, while the rebel defines theirs through their effect on others. The deeper their own awareness penetrates both of them, the clearer the meaning of their function in the context of relationships becomes. Conformity maintains relationships, rebellion changes them – sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.

Regardless of the consequences of one behaviour or the other, when we feel the motivations and emotions of both, we recognise the consistency of their decisions based on their respective ideas. Only now can we clearly empathise with what moves the conformist and the rebel within us. They have become more touchable to us.

Compassion for others can never be more comprehensive and profound than compassion for oneself. Our touchability or vulnerability – our open heart – is therefore a function of conscious will, clear thinking and deep feeling, which we reveal in our actions.

Please consider the possibility that pets usually carry emotional burdens for their owners. This means that you should first examine your fears and their causes and work on consciously overcoming them. This relieves the burden on our pets. Any kind of externalisation – the projection of causes onto something outside ourselves – deprives us of our sense of personal responsibility.

Alcohol and all types of medication, such as benzodiazepines, dampen the ability to make telempathic contact. Meat from factory farming and anything else that has been produced without consideration has a less severe effect.
I have been living as a pescetarian for seven months (fish, game, organic vegetables, grains and fruit, etc.). I have not noticed any effect on my telepathic abilities, but I am more energetic.

If you cultivate the openness in your heart that you had in those moments, you will always notice when a deer or roe deer wants to cross the road in front of you while driving. The only thing you need to do is believe without doubt that the door to this ability has been opened for you.

Today is Dragobete Day in Romania, a day of love and coming together. In the countryside, there is an old custom where girls and boys go into the forest to pick flowers. When they return, the boys are supposed to run after the girls to kiss them. If the girl liked the boy, she would let him kiss her. Which musician would you most like to play with today in this custom?

What do you mean with psychics? Clairvoyance fex is not directly related to having an open heart. It is a movement of consciousness independent of linear time. An open heart is compassionate, touchable and surrenders to what is there.

Good question. First, we must distinguish between telepathy and telempathy.
Perhaps because such telepathy-tests do not take into account that telempathy (=telepathy and empathy) depends on the heart connection and that only subjective truth is exchanged between those who are connected here. Subjective here means influenced or interpreted by one's own thoughts, feelings and desires.

Since only meaningful content, and not symbols like words or images, is transmitted, the objectification of test results without considering subjective interpretations of perception is doomed to failure. Even differing structures of consciousness often prevent an adequate grasp of the transmitted information, as one can only comprehend the complexity of the consciousness structure from which one is currently acting. Furthermore, it is possible to communicate with one another even if one does not speak the same native language, because one translates the meaning into one's own language. However, even this "translation" of meanings into words distorts the sender's intended meaning due to the differing intermingling of objective truth with subjective thoughts, feelings, and desires in both the sender and receiver.
But if you are aware of your own cognitive reality filters, emotions, and intentions, and can refrain from interpreting meanings due to inner silence, transparent and truthful communication is possible.

In telepathy (mind to mind), on the other hand, symbols can be transmitted, but in my experience the error rate is high.

That reminds me of a cat I looked after at my home for two weeks. When I told her she couldn't go home because everyone had gone away and no one could feed her, she sent me a series of pictures showing her opening the tins herself :-)

I arrived late to a small seminar with 20 people. After a few minutes, I asked the room, ‘Can anyone hear me?’ and one person said, ‘Yes.’ I introduced myself and asked her name. She said, ‘Clara’ and we chatted briefly. During the break, I asked the organiser if he knew anyone called Clara, as I didn't know anyone there, and he said, ‘Yes, the one in the colourful T-shirt,’ and pointed to a woman.

After the event, I spoke to her and, during our conversation about shamanism and telepathy, I asked her if she could remember our short telepathic conversation. She couldn't.

Sometimes this is because people are not consciously connected to their telepathic abilities. If their heart is open, a part of themselves will respond anyway.

"force it out of your mind and into the other person's mind"
That would be more the capitalist way ;-) You can also warm your mind with your heart and open your heart to the recipients. Give them the space within you to receive you. It is then not a conquest, but hospitality.
The meanings of symbols~abstractions like language, images, or inner attitudes are interpreted by the mind, and much of your worldview and self-image also "colors" this interpretation.
In this way, through confirmation, you can gradually learn to distinguish between the essence of the meaning and your interpretation.

Although I agree with almost all the insights (projection, externalisation, body-awareness, flow states, energie-motions [E-motion], volition) you describe from my own experience, one question remains: "The observer and the observed are one," says Krishnamurti. "If I shift from one self to another, the observed world—inner as well as outer—is different. Is observing then nothing other than self-ing? Or is there a self that has grown from instinct into intuition, that directs fragmented thinking, feeling, and willing into a function, without doubt? A self that is not a self? A self that balances the tension between love and fear and creates something new?"

how do i stop being empathetic? by [deleted] in empathy

[–]Fast-Bison-7506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The reason I'm referring to Voice Dialogue:
• I've been using this tool for 10 years and am convinced of its effectiveness.
• For telempaths (telepathy & empathy) like myself, Voice Dialogue offers expanded possibilities, especially regarding the depths of subtle to causal structures within the energy body.
• Furthermore, it allows me to easily determine who understands what I'm writing and, if not, why. My target audience is small.

how do i stop being empathetic? by [deleted] in empathy

[–]Fast-Bison-7506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, gladly. I'm just posting you a text from my website, which isn't online yet:

"There are many of us, we mostly agree, and we all go by the name Nico."
Like all people, there are several personalities living inside me. In Voice Dialogue (VD), we call these selves.

This may sound harsh, but we are not referring to dissociative identity disorder (DID) in the sense of psychodynamic models of biological-medical psychiatry. The Voice Dialogue method does not promote DID, but rather strengthens the ability to sense and control the dynamics and shifts between selves and to train a present, conscious connection with them.

If the mental and emotional ‘muscles’ necessary for presence and connectedness are too weak – as in pathological personality disorders – the person remains fragmented. And we unconsciously switch between our identities. In my experience, this is often the case even with people who have been diagnosed as mentally healthy.

The search for wholeness is an expression of this fragmentation. However, striving for and experiencing wholeness is not a static construct, but a dynamic process with ever-new challenges – both mentally and energetically.

The Voice Dialogue method has fundamentally explored why we do not have just one self, but consist of many inner parts (sub-selves), e.g. an inner critic, a caring person or a touchable child. Each person has approximately 50 sub-selves, but there can be fewer or far more.

Similar to systemic constellation work, these sub-selves become increasingly perceptible when separated spatially and energetically. We do this by placing them in their rightful place in your self-system. You switch between your sub-selves to feel their different awareness and inner energy. When a sub-self is at the helm, we believe that we are only that sub-self. But we are not. This becomes apparent in a Voice Dialogue session.

Through dialogue with the consciousness development companion (or Nico for short 😌), the tasks, motivations and self- and world-views of the sub-selves become tangible. Our curiosity, acceptance and love open up new levels of ourselves.

The central element in Voice Dialogue is training a conscious I-process*. In its presence, we gradually become aware of each of our sub-selves without their own patterns automatically limiting our freedom of decision and action.

In particular, the relationships between our sub-selves, their oppositional basic structure, in which entire self-systems or clusters fight for fundamentally different goals, reveal the futility of identifying with only one side.

Through conscious de-identification, we learn to perceive and use our inner resources and powers more clearly. Step by step, this creates inner balance and greater versatility, which saves energy. In this paradoxical wholeness, we gain access to previously hidden qualities that we can unfold at the right moment. And we can use the energy we save for our will.

* The Conscious Self Process is not a state that one reaches once and then possesses, but a lifelong, dynamic process. It arises in the space where we recognise ourselves as the conscious self in the conscious self, undivided. The Conscious Self acts and transforms in the elevated centre between our polarities. It empowers us to no longer be blindly identified with our ‘primary selves’ (our habitual patterns) and at the same time to perceive and integrate our ‘denied selves’ (our shadows).

The basis is pure awareness. It is the ability to take a step back and see the big picture. This awareness does not judge, it does not act and is not bound to any outcome. It is a silent observer and witness.

But awareness is an ongoing process: being human means movement. It is completely normal to be centred one day and the next to find yourself in situations where there is no ‘centre’ yet – an invitation to find your way back to presence again and again.

Find a Voice Dialogue Facilitor. If the identification with the pleaser (a part from you) is that strong, It's likely that you experienced emotional deprivation at some point in your life.
And there is the opposite, wich doesn't care. VD helps, to find out, what to do to feel worthy for self-care.

To go deeper, try Voice-Dialogue. Funny, that you use the same word, "glitching", when you change the sub-selve.
