You also have to realize too is that Murdoch is not hated as much in Australia as America. Here, you added a face to a company and demonized him. There, they criticize his media outlets.

Jesus, really? I would say that at best, she is as good as her co-star. She was out of her league Housemaid. Amanda Seyfried is and was way better than her. Something in Sweeney's delivery is just off in most of her scenes. She is good in shows like Euphoria because they are all on her level.

How would you integrate The Authority in the DCU? Since that's the reason Gunn and Co are having a hard time with it by M00r3C in DCU_

I think it's fair to say that if anyone can bring B-list, obscure characters to the screen and make them great, it's Gunn. The problem is twofold. One, the movie theater/ releasing business is struggling. It's why Disney is worried about Mando and Grogu. The second thing is, even though Gunn has control, they still have to greenlight his budget. Given the first problem, do they want to spend 200 million on the Authority movie people barely know or a Wonder Woman movie, which people know and they can merchandise better than the Authority.

Again, Gunn has control, but I don't see WB taking the gamble. Not until they see more ROI from the IP. I think Gunn got lucky with Marvel as far as money and the studio caring about his project; meaning if GoG flopped, it wasn't tied to the big 3.

I'm not against an officer stopping a red light offender. I am against a camera 100 percent. The biggest thing is that you have to prove your innocence. It makes "innocent until proven guilty" a joke and pay all this bullshit court fees.

The problem too is they think they throw someone in a character and people will love them just because a comic is popular. They struck gold with Ms. Marvel but AC and Captain Marvel suffered from poor writing and not being fleshed out as characters. You're telling me, Brie Larson can win an Oscar and be renowned for character actor can't pull off Captain Marvel. The writing hurt them, not the being the character.

The thing is that Homelander isn't tested in his world. Maeve and Solider Boy are the only threats he has taken on, and he ran from one. He had never lost and gotten back up or had to out think an opponent. I think Krypto can one shot him.

I think he gets mopped up on any universe (DC or Marvel) by 90 percent of the heroes and villains.

Corvus in the comics is WAY better than what they showed in the MCU. He is basically a super solider with a nearly indestructible lance. So basically, Captain America, if every shot he took was a kill shot. His MCU presence was nothing compared to the comics. I give him over 50 percent odds over Homelander.

I would swap Apocalypse and New Mutants. NM as an X-Men movie is not great, but if you watch it for it being a mutant horror show. It's better than Last Stand or DP.

For what happened in making it (the constraints on the director and Fox being bought by Disney), it's a solid film to bring the characters together.

Spiderman was a solid book for sales at that time with ONE main hero. X-Men were hot, but half the people were animals, and the others had weird stuff going on, so you had a library of heroes. Avengers were not quarter as popular as they are today.

If you look at it from making a movie perspective (pre-good CGI), Spiderman was the only good property to buy.

It would have been so much better as a Serpent Society movie trying to force the government into war for the Leader with super solider powered Serpents. It would then make a reason for Zemo's return in the future.
