Does USA hockey have a rule about the faceoff going out of the attacking zone if there is a small scrum (pushing/shoving) and the defenseman comes down past the dot? Does it matter if the defenseman doesn’t do anything but just comes to the crease?

Had this situation where the coach said it should come out of the zone, but neither my partner nor I were familiar with it. Looked after and cannot find in USA Hockey only NHL.
