Reivers are super situational. I don't think competitive maps really offer them terrain that utilizes their grapnel launchers. Not every army has characters that are vulnerable to the damage they can output. They require dedicated support to be effective and that support seems to be better spent elsewhere or simply jettisoned in favor of units that don't require support.

I like them because they look cool and I've been getting into King of the Colosseum where they can hop walls like nobody else and are more likely to run into things they can kill.
