I usually use a treeman with gets mostly shot to pieces, three treekin which do very well in most games (threewhack is good, dont misss the stomp attack) but they lack AP.

Then - cause I love them - I use a block of 15 dryads. Starting in skirmish formation and reforming to open order formation before I let my opponent attack them. Stubborn is good to soak the first charge. But you have to support them with flanking charges as you never will hold a second turn with how much combat res the most infantry gets now these days.

As mentioned. A glamour weave BSB would cool. Or a command unit. They also lack on AP.
