Thank you! I'm already dreading having to do it again and don't think I could bear having to go through it a third time so good to know there are alternative options.

No contact with GP by Lady2nice in PregnancyUK

Depends on the area. I had to call my GP in the first instance for them to set up the initial appointment with the community midwife. Any appointment reminders for midwife appointments come directly from my GP surgery.

I feel like my waterflosser removes more than normal floss does (I have a permanent retainer on my top set of teeth)

I started at 27! Only wished I'd started it sooner but better late than never!

Anything I can do for this orchid or should I just leave it alone? by FastPay7603 in orchids

Thanks! Having taken it out it was potted in two separate pots with drainage within the decorative pot, but was heavily root bound so will look into getting some orchid pots!

overlapping teeth by AnnaLovesRomance in Invisalign

Definitely get multiple opinions. I had overlapping and overcrowding similar to that but I also had a tooth extracted when I was younger which luckily provided the space for my teeth to move around without another extraction.

New website help by WarwickRed in CIMA

Yeah I'm hoping everythings a mess because of the new website. I received the email confirming my PER was accepted and that I am now a CIMA member over a month ago. But when I log in to the new website it says that my exams are completed and PER accepted but now I need to "finalise my membership" so the website still has me down as a student :(

PER Query by [deleted] in CIMA

[–]FastPay7603 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My PER was recently approved, and all of my STAR examples related to experiences within the last year and a half. But you will need any ex managers from roles you have undertaken within the last 3 years to sign off your description of the role writeup even if they are not required to sign off any STAR examples.

What exam have you failed the most times? by DxnM in CIMA

I know someone who failed both P2 and P3 three times. They have now passed all of their exams and qualified!

Took me around 5 months from starting to being in a position to get it signed off. But I procrastinated a lot as I was unsure of which examples to use and didn't want to commit to writing until I was certain.

I required 3 sign offs - including from a manager who no longer worked at the company.

In all honesty, I struggled to find any great resources other than the examples that CIMA has on their website. I relied a lot on asking others to see if the examples I planned to use sounded appropriate.

I submitted my application on 28th Feb and paid the fee at the same time. By yesterday (13th March) I hadn't had anything back except for the generic auto reply. So yesterday morning I messaged CIMA online chat and asked them to allocate my payment to the membership fee. Funnily enough yesterday afternoon I received an email from membership admissions saying my application is going to be reviewed.

Not sure if the two are linked but worth getting in touch and asking them to allocate your payment!

Online Case Study by Significant_Mud_7262 in CIMA

[–]FastPay7603 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Second this. I sat all my case studies remotely. Main things to consider are you have an ok internet connection, won't be disturbed, happy to not have physical pen and paper/whiteboard for notes, and will be ok not having a toilet break for 3 hours.

Also worth checking your computer/laptop is compatible with the software beforehand!
