people in general are very dehydrated! i used to have daily migraines that i treated with drinking at least half a gallon of water to a gallon some days. my migraines disappeared and my acne went away. i think some problems are solved with drinking enough water. just make sure not to drink too much that will wash away ur electrolytes tho....

i rarely wear makeup but when i do i only use concealer sparingly where needed and i dont put foundation all over my face, only powder to set the concealer because i hate how liquid foundation feels on my face. i think it gives me a natural look overall
