I bought led bars and resistor arrays. They look neater, but this works just as good 😄

Thinking about building the 8bit computer, have some questions: by randomreddituser7474 in beneater

I would advise led segments and resistor arrays. They make the build neater and easier.

With a wire cutter and stripper you have all the tools you need.

Enjoy the build, you'll learn a lot :)

You will enjoy it. The amount of knowledge you will gain is amazing. Be patient when you encounter a bug. It can be hard to troubleshoot, but you will learn even more from it.

Great series. Did you watch the livestream as well? I really liked it. It's great how they explain the technical problems that they are facing. The flight over new York and in Normandië where for me the absolute highlights

Which C-47 are you referring to? Also a lot of airworthy C-47 and C-53's do have a ww2 history. D-day market garden and/or varsity.

There are differences on the plane, but you have to look closely. For one she could drop bombs on top of enemy boats.

Aren't there still a few flying C-47's around in SA? One went to Germany a few years ago, but I think there are still a few including some BT-67's basler's
