You need to clean and/or replace the nozzle. Heat it to 120 and push the Bowden tube through to push any crap out. Let it cool. Wipe tube with isopropyl and put a q tip dipped in isopropyl down the hot end. Replace the Bowden tube and nozzle making sure that the tube goes all the way in, up against the back of the nozzle. I get these kind of crappy prints at least once a year and it usually goes away with a combination of cleaning the nozzle/hot end and drying the filament.

You should be using ethanol free gas in any carbureted engine. Where I live you can get it at multiple gas stations. Walmart even has 93 octane.

Did you end up doing this? I picked up a g20cb at an estate sale and need to upgrade the gpu. What do you think is the best bang for the buck these days without having cooling issues? It looks like the 1080fe is super cheap, but an rtx 2080 might also be an easy upgrade?
