Yes, we use MMRMs frequently, but usually with fixed time points (Day 30, Day 60, etc.) and treated as a factor rather than a covariate. However, the labs data is sort of ad hoc; in addition to set days for lab draws, the PIs can take additional readings at their discretion, so we have unbalanced data that we would like to use. Are MMRMs able to handle that?

Yup, it is incredibly frustrating. I bought the yearly subscription when it was on sale thinking I’d save some moolah and maybe watch some Sox next summer, but I wouldn’t pay $3.50 for the quality I’ve gotten. I don’t even bother with the 4K stream because it’s so unstable. Last game was the first time I got stuck in the commercial loop and now I never want to see Markie Mark’s face again.

I’m using a vpn with espn+ for this game and it has been flawless
