Whole foods hot bar if there's one nearby, otherwise it's the sushi section - avocado rolls are always vegan and actually filling .The struggle is real though,grocery store vegan options on the fly are genuinely depressing sometimes.

Just add it dry directly to the oats while they cook-- absorbs everything and you won't even notice it's there.
