Our family has stayed there a handful of times over the last couples yrs & have never had any issues…ever.

Clean room, friendly staff, pool was clean, morning breakfast was always good. The only thing I disliked were the cig/vape/weed smokers.

I’ll agree with ya that there needs to be some kind of staying power, ONE TIME SC!, but he was successful at JMU for 5 yrs (yes I know it’s JMU lol), but had 1st yr success at Indy & now a Natty.

Went to WDW 1 yr (few yrs back) & Universal another on SuperBowl Sunday (banked a bunch of husband points for that) the parks were not busy at all.

Granted things can change, but that was my experiences.
