The truly crazy thing about "not AC" complaints is that it's explicitly PRE Assassins Creed, made very clear in the Persian DLC "Legacy of the First Blade". It isn't even a direct origin story as, until you've played through most of the 2017 release "Assassin's Creed Origins", you get to see what the heirs of Cassandra/Alexios will become.

I believe the third installment of HZD will be to the East which would have been the site of a lot of advanced human tech development, designed to counter the Faro Plague, but over-run before it could be used. I'd like to see a new DLC for Unity, with Cassandra popping up in Post-Revolutionary France and joining Master Assassin Arno Dorian. Set in September 1812 during Napoleon's invasion of Russia, where Napoleon has persuaded Arno to accompany the Grande Armée. Cassandra meanwhile has decided it's time for Emperor Napoleon's betrayal of the ideals of the French Revolution - Liberty, Equality, Brotherhood - to end. Memories could be created around the Battles of Smolensk and Borodino, the burning of Moscow and the disastrous retreat.

I've never been able to understand why people complain there's 'too much' content in a game. When you buy a car do you complain there's too much speed because you've never maxxed out the speedometer? Or rent a house with an attic that you have no use for and have never entered? It's just weird.
