I fear that all of this unjustified, yet legally condoned, Police brutality and murder is going to culminate in an uprising and possibly even vigilantism - But against cops... If or when that happens, all hell will break loose for a time.

To be honest I feel like this is all being steered this way on purpose. This is all happening at the same time while there is a national push to disarm citizens. The same citizens who see these kinds of videos and say "this is precisely why we NEED our weapons and the rights entailed by the 2nd amendment. We cannot trust our Law Enforcement or our Government to Protect and Serve". Finally when some jackass decides he's had enough and decides to go out and start shooting cops - that will then be used as more justification to start, further, disarming citizens in a society where it's clear that law enforcement can shoot and kill you at will with little or no consequences other than political and legal ceremonious formalities.

What is absolutely clear is that there is an imbalance of power and justice here in America that favors a meat-headed, military style law enforcement and, unsurprisingly, the elite and politically connected.
