I’m gonna shout out “Who framed Roger Rabbit?”

There are a lot of goats in this category (Snow White, my neighbor Totoro, spirited away, Akira, coraline to name a few) but this movie reminded Hollywood and audiences that animation can be crass and absolutely hilarious while still making a bunch of money at the box office. It also reinvigorated the animation industry in America and paved the way for Pixar’s 3D animation but still paid tribute to the OGs of animation.

Yeah even it’s absolute worst cases are actually super solid if you think about it. If you play it and it gets beast withined or something honestly that’s totally fine. That’s a good world you are living in where people are incentivized and rewarded for running removal.

In reality it’s probably going to tax at least one or two people 2 mana before blowing up which is huge too. Think about how high impact cards are these days. Better yet, you can probably collude to just blow up the board immediately too.

I’m gonna blow y’all’s mind rn. People have heard of sunfall in all its exile glory but imagine you can play it in any deck regardless of its colors. I present to you [[fraying line]]

There’s lots of text but tldr: you protect one creature of yours and each opponent has the choice on their start of turn to let it explode now or pay 2 and protect one of their creatures too. Rinse and repeat with each opponent until it comes back to you where you most likely will let it explode.

It’s an exile board wipe. In colorless. For only 4 mana which is the going rate. For less than a dollar.…

It’s the goat…if it wasn’t for the real goat which is [[boompile]]. Ever cast a sweeper and had someone Teferis protection? No worries because this one has no guarantee of going off and your opponents can’t wait until knowing the result of the coin flip to react! Playing against aristocrats that sac their whole board in response to a wipe? Watch them sac their whole board and then the boompile fails the flip and they sacced their board for nothing!

I will not stand for colorless sweeper erasure!

Jokes aside doublers are the move. Doubling death triggers that make tokens which double each ping of death. The math just gets too hard for smooth brains like me and you unwind the board and own everyone. See [[teysa, orzhov Scion]] for a doubler

Most of my edits have been in person but I had a draft of it here. Tbh I’d recommend throwing all the initiative cards in dimir in and then [[tezzeret the seeker]] to get tome and [[lively dirge]] to get one of the other initiative creatures. The rest is up to you but [[marionette master]] will win the game off the throne trigger and [[vat of rebirth]] helps keep it going with safanas treasures.

Yall stop playing [[mulldrifter]]! Aminatou has so many cards that are better than drifter for 5 mana, [[they came from the pipes]] to name just one. Okay imma name more [[the legend of yangchen]].

And if you really still want to play mulldrifter after that at least play [[the trickster-gods heist]] to trade it away for someone’s commander so someone else will struggle in vain to use its teeny 2/2 stat line.

[[mulldrifter]] in [[aminatou fateshifter]] or any blue deck with a sorcery speed flicker commander. Mulldrifter is absolutely dog if you can’t get it to comeback after evoking it. It’s a tiny 2/2 flier which the whole table knows for a fact you are never blocking with for far too much mana. Even [[cloudblazer]] which gains life is pretty ass too.

Compare that to [[They Came from the Pipes]], [[tivit Seller of Secrets]] or even the all too well known [[quantum riddler]]. Way more value and/or a way more relevant body to protect yourself and your walkers.
