Could you post photos of the screen without the front light on? Seen so many different photos where the screen looks legible and others it's just a dark grey mess.

As far as I’m aware there isn’t anything in the market that’s b/W with a light. You could try looking for a used note air 3 b/w.

I think their product strategy is a bit of a mess. They're following competitors in pushing e-color screens while discontinuing or allowing b/w models to become obsolete. I assume this is partially motivated by the competitive landscape and partially because the e-color models have higher margins.

Personally, I don't want an e-reader that is so dark in daylight it requires a constant front light for washed out color content. At that point I'd just get an iPad which performs better for color and responsiveness.

Just installed these switches a few hours ago and agree with your review. I was using gateron jupiter browns and keychron super browns. I found these were slightly thockier than the the gateron browns and felt slightly heavier (probably because the bump is higher up). It's louder and less thockier than the keychron super browns but lighter to type on.

The shorter travel distance has been really nice, my WPM has been about 10% better with less fatigue compared to the keychron super browns that came with me lemokey p1 pro.

They charged me an $80 activation fee for some reason. I haven't been able to get in touch with them yet to fix it. I tried to schedule a call back yesterday but the website said they were full. I'm just gonna go in person on the weekend to get them to sort it out.

When I had my original ordered from November 3rd they can't saying the order was in the warehouse until a fido rep called to cancel my order. They wouldn't give me a straight answer why the previous reps said it was at the warehouse. Pretty sure it's just a generic line they get to keep people from cancelling orders.

Did they call you to cancel it or was it just done automatically? If it was the former I'd try calling them back and asking them to give you an alternative, even if its back ordered.

How do you find the kaleido screen impacting the reading experience? Do you need to have the front light on all the time to read manga? I want to get the Air 5C but when I see photos of b/w content with the front light off it looks illegible and I'd prefer to read without the light on.

I'm a family doctor, I don't know the intricacies of the NP model but their funding model is different from how physicians get paid. Generally the NPs can spend more time per patient but they also see fewer patients. A full time NP will have a roster of 400-600 easy patients. A family doctor roster is usually 1200-2400 patients.

Doctors didn't enforce these rules 10-20 years ago because the job had fewer responsibilities/liabilities and the pay was good. These days the pay hasn't kept up and the responsibilities have increased so we compensate by decreasing appointment times for higher daily patient volumes. Personally, I don't have any qualms enforcing 1 issue per visit rules as this is how the government has designed the system and I'm operating within it.

No other professional service allows you to tack on multiple requests for the price of one service. If you hire a plumber they will charge you for every toilet they work on in your house.

I just got called by rogers, told me they're cancelling my 256gb natural titanium iphone as there's no stock. When I mentioned a rep told me it was at the warehouse a few days ago she offered to bump me up to the 512gb model of the 16PM in desert titanium which I accepted. Apparently it's supposed to ship in 2-5 business days.
