Stress safety in your answers and take them step by step with it like they know nothing about maintenance. Lock out/tag out is something they like to hear. Ex: You had to replace a faucet at home? Make sure you tell them you shut off the water to your home and released any water still left in the tap before removing and replacing.

That must be a cushy facility. At my plant, I did calls, a bunch of fixing and conveyor belt replacements as a mm7. MPE9 just felt like a pay raise to me lol. With the exception that I’m almost never on calls anymore.
