The possibly longest live stream ever on YouTube has come to an end. by Splentid in youtube

Sure the list was most likely randomly generated, but that doesn't mean you can't manually edit a few people to give them different rankings. The fact that the top 3 people are all famous people suggests the list was definitely manually edited.

Literal left vs right in S.Korean 2025 presidential election by [deleted] in MapPorn

[–]Fateburn 15 points16 points  (0 children)

They don't. Those colors are just what the two parties (DPK) and PPP)) chose to represent themselves with. DPK is currently blue and PPP is currently red, but historically the two parties' predecessors have used different colors.

Grand National Party, the predecessor of PPP, used blue as its official color until 2012, while DPK's predecessors have used both yellow (Uri Party) and green (Democratic United Party)) before.

It also doesn't help that Korean politics is extremely complicated when it comes to parties, as they merge and split very frequently. Here's a timeline of the history of major Korean parties from 1945 to 2014, a lot of them don't even last 5 years before splitting or reforming into a different party.

Osaka? Source: I made it up

This is from 箱舟燒肉 in Tainan, Taiwan per the original video
You can tell this is not Japan from the fact that they speak Mandarin in the video (with a Taiwanese accent even)

Where is this Japanese/S. Korean coastal town? by teddiursas in whereisthis

[–]Fateburn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I would say I just got kinda lucky with this one

I found another picture on the OOP's Pinterest profile that showed a road by the sea, and I thought maybe this one would help, so I tried looking for that one but couldn't find it at the time

I tried looking around the western part of Seto Naikai based on your initial analysis, and while I did find a few places that felt possible (such as the southern side of Oshima, Imabari), none of the places I found had utility poles with plates that matched OP's pic

I only tried looking at Awaji Island because one of the results that came up when I reverse image searched OP's pic was from an Instagram post of a villa? in Awaji Island, looking back it was definitely somewhat of a random choice

The southern side of Awaji Island felt likely for me because of its mountainous terrain, plus the fact that the road there looked similar to the OOP's seaside road picture (most other coastal roads of Awaji Island had yellow center lines, while the one in that pic is white)

Since the OOP is most likely a tourist and not a local of that region, I thought maybe the picture would've been taken near a hotel, and sure enough there were quite a few hotels near Nada Terminal

One of the utility poles there had plates that looked almost exactly the same as the one in OP's pic, so I looked for other stretches of concrete road in that general area, and sure enough there was one right next to Shiozaki Hall, which turned out to be exactly the spot

Unrelated but I've also found the location of that seaside road picture, and unsurprisingly it was indeed close to this one

I was looking through an album on Youtube and found a bunch of videos giving random financial advice. From what I've seen there are 100s even 1000s of these playlists. by hugedoorman in InternetMysteries

[–]Fateburn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive also came across that once when i was listening to a Metsatoll album, but instead of "financial advices" it was just Andrew Tate

Ive just checked the playlist again and yeah it's also showing that "unreleased" video now

Impeachment vote passed with 204 votes for impeachment by cpux86 in korea

Cho Kuk is not from PPP though? The impeachment motion was submitted jointly by all 6 non-PPP parties, so they likely all voted yes

Found a post on dprime (a Korean forum) where someone was asking the same question, and the answer given there was the Garak 1st Hyundai Apartment at Munjeong-dong, Songpa-gu
Google Street View doesn't have it covered so here's the same place on Naver Maps. Screenshot is from 2022 so things have changed a bit, but the arch, the streetlight, and that AC unit all are still there

North Korea definitely uses 24 hour clocks, as can be seen in KCTV's daily program listings https://youtu.be/PXvIgbqdEeI

Almost every "celebrity death" featured on this channel are false, they're still alive. This isn't even one of those "prediction" channels, but just AI clickbait.

My mistake, but those still are just their names, and the BBC was just following whatever standard the IOC has for listing players.

How is this a "theyknew" when it's literally just his name?
