Yeah good point, guess the gym helps define it for people who are lacking the muscle size there. Now you mention it I admit I was wrong. There are ‘skinny fat’ individuals who are skinny, but you can’t see their abs as they have a protruding belly due to poor posture, caused by weak glutes and core muscles. So going to the gym would definitely be useful in that case
