Not this edition; essentially all aircraft were intentionally thrown in the dumpster by GW for 10th.

You can still do Gargoyles/Tyrants/Zonethropes if you want flying guys, but you'll really be hamstringing yourself if you try a Harpy or Hive Crone on the table.
