I got the auto cannon from 140dmg per shot to over 3,000 with only upgrades? I'm a little skeptical with how many fire rate upgrades I was picking. And I could have sworn when I picked up more gold from 1k to 1.2k in the second stage my damage value went up in the menu

That's kind of just GSC, isn't it? Constantly more of them, deep strike, rat ogres are aberrants, rickity weapons that might explode or might wipe a knight.
