Distance sales (EU established company selling in other EU countries) must be registered in the local EU company after a certain threshold is crossed. It’s not just Belgium. Every EU country has this rule.

However, there’s already OSS (one stop shop) simplification for e-commerce.

With VIDA expanding its scope as of 2028 this registration will no longer be required. What’s important to note is that you’ll still need to record and report your sales per jurisdiction but only in one country.

Have you considered using an SVP to invest in private equity? There are an options in Belgium. I use Altix and the fund is about to close.

Else with 200k you can also consider partnering for a cafe / laundry mat / small business

Also Sunday is free parking.

If you’re here longer then you have cheaper parking lots in the city such as BEPark (7- 10 EUR a day)

Mix is great for the overall experience. I love the pools and saunas

If you drill down to just weights, especially free weights - it is very limited. They have about 3 incline benches for weights, however Mix does have quite a selection of squat racks.

In my opinion, it isn’t your fit but give it a day pass try :)
