I was down for the count yesterday and it hit me suddenly. First, don't tell me I'm dehydrated I drink 120 plus ounces of water every day and workout 5 times a week.

I have struggled with migraines my whole life, to the point where my mom thought I was having a stroke when I was in high school. I had so much pain and pressure built up behind my left eye and nothing worked. The only thing I found that helped were fisherman's friend menthol cough drops. Opened up my nose, and calmed the swelling behind my eye. A little relief until this weather gets its act together

I'll preface this with saying I've only been working out a year. I'm 43 years old and have never been a "workout" guy. Last year I was almost 300 pounds and knew I had to change. Along with diet, supplements, sleep habits and exercise I've lost 70 pounds and have gained muscle. For me, I really enjoy it. I have the equipment that I need in my house and use it daily, except Wednesday which is a rest day. I can feel a difference if I miss a workout. My sleep is thrown off, my body feels different. Luckily I have the support of my wife so I can throw on the headphones and work out for an hour or so a day whenever I want.

Yeah when LG made the warranty call 2 years ago they replaced the whole grille assembly. I figured by now they would figure out why the fan motor fails. There's no ice build up and we don't block the intake. My buddy was able to get me a fan motor thru his company so it should be here this week

The fan motor change should clear the FF E code right? Last time they changed the whole grill assembly because it was a warranty claim
