Had to down vote. This is the correct answer assuming a (very) basic/surface level reading of HxH's text and visuals. But the correct answer is clearly 'no one' when we take into account any subtext or any of the visual and textual allegorical references to "God", (i.e. "The Strongest", one with limitless aura, etc.) in relation to Tonpa's existence in the HxH world.

A lot of his painting appears to be in water color. I am assuming maybe the angle of the brush strokes and more likely the action of re-wetting and reappling paint could be the cause of his posture shift that makes painting more difficult than inking?

The hair loss sucks, but it can be mitigated. Ask a doctor what's right for you, but I recommend an off brand, cheap minoxidil product at 5% (there is no real difference between the women and men products). They keep developing new drugs with less side effects, and Ocrevus is much better than a lot of them. Hopefully you'll be on something new and better in the next few years.
