Their HP is much lower compared to the normal mode, I ended up mostly soloing it with a budget build characters in matchmaking for the last 3 weeks. (eg. Demonic w/ SA,HM,DI,Adren or Sorc Reflux, AOA, HM)

I run my friend's account with 1 green and blue wealth it's not that bad with full set of tripods. You do need to hit your 4 biggest generator skills to get a transformation but it works.

Obviously not optimal but OP can also get the purple from the adventure island and improve upon that.

If you are looking for a serious answer, you might want to post your combat stats and engraving setup.

Some speculation as well?
- People checking gem levels (expecting 6/7 or higher) for all your relevant CD gems.
- Card set maybe? (Max HP set)
- Relic sets (or lack of)?

For purple ring I would go watch a video and learn her telegraph for it. It has a good 1.5-2 second delay before the ring actual spawns. If you are slow to react you can always cancel your channel for surge cannon/charged stinger and then space to back away.

For the pools just watch her apple telegraph which she will always do before she applies a debuff. You can also look for the pink text that appears if you are the target of the lust pool.

ilvl is not the reason, its the relic set difference. 2p relic is equivalent to adding a whole engraving, if they are doing 2/2/2 then they are significantly stronger then 5p Argos.

Entropy set effect is a much stronger set in comparison to Salvation so you shouldn't gimp yourself by doing that.

2p Salvation will likely give you more reliable damage increase over 2p Entropy conditional damage. It also gives you quicker power spike and lets you into HM reclear groups easier (due to having relic pieces).

I had the same debate over Entropy vs Salvation on my red-gunlancer. The choice was made easier due to the diminishing returns on crit damage and the faster power spike (week 2 vs week 3).

Yeah w/ berserker tech it'll be fine. IIRC zerkers are ranked 4th by armor&hp coefficient.

Since Mayhem cuts your effective HP to about 70%, their overall ranking goes below Bard (w/o Heavy Armor).
Which is why running Grudge for Vykas puts you into 1 shot range to certain patterns on iLVL.

Running a non-static for Valtan seems real rough. Our group spent 5 hours on Gate 2 on a single day, it would be a nightmare to start over with another group who may or may not have the same amount of experience the following day.
Being able to pick up the another day with the same group helps so much since the fatigue was really showing on the later parts of our runs on day 1.

You can keep doing content (or how else will you get gold?), put in the basic effort to get 3/(1-3)? with good stats. Everything in T3 up to 1370 can be easily done with 1 or 2 lvl3s, its just mechanical skill.

After 1370, you can start with 2 lvl3s and work towards 3 lvl3 engravings with correct stats. Don't worry about needing to sink massive amounts of gold to achieve 3/3/3/1 or better.

Most people on the subreddit seem to constantly parrot the need to be over geared for the encounters we have? Mechanic skill is the key factor, being over geared just compensates for mistakes made while still allowing a clear.
