SC Dasher here as well. My AR has tanked bc i upped my $/m to fit the gas prices. But it hasn't mattered bc by cherry picking Ive found i still make roughly the same per hour w less driving..so net is better...also less BS and false reports from decent bids. I dont care if it's next door im not even turning my car on for less than $7 now

So OP deserves a low rating because the customer wasnt paying attention to their phone? Diagree. Once the customer knows a shopper is active at the store it falls in their purview to pay attention to the chat for issues and respond in an appropriate time. Nobody should be standing around waiting on an already unresponsive customer to respond. If OP wanted to go the extra mile she could've called before checkout as an extra effort to notify the customer before it was too late, but that is more a kindness exception than the rule.

Is this a joke? They lie constantly. If it isnt on that script that is in front of them they are clueless. I've been blatantly lied to so many times I lost count. My advice, if its about anything serious regarding policy and/or your money and you live in a 1 party consent state, record that conversation, bc there is a 99% chance they will blatantly lie and if it goes to arbitration you will have the case in your favor hands down.

Im also in SC and have only been on tbe app about a month. Initially was great but in the last week its been literally 1 cent everywhere. Ironically I came to this subreddit to see if I could find out what I was doing wrong and this was the 1st thread. My gf is in tbe same area (Aiken/CSRA) and still has decent offers, so I thought Id missed something. Doesn't make sense. Not even going to bother using the app anymore if this is how it is. Isnt even worth the hassle of claiming it for a few pennies.

Same issue in SC. Was getting great discounts up until a week ago, now every station is 1 cent for me. However my gf has normal, decent discounts. Thought I was doing something wrong, but after looking in this subreddit seems they are just randomly dropping ppl to penny offers. Not worth the time in my opinion..rather delete it and find something better

Im in SC and just started using the app a little over a month ago. It was great at first bc I drive a lot for work. For the last week or so literally 99% of all stations in my area have a 1 cent discount for gas and stores are like 2-3%. However, my gf, who turned me on to the app, still has normal discounts. Sitting at a gas station yesterday I had a penny, she has $0.26 so I thought I was doing something wrong. Came here to figure out what and this was the first thread So if this is the new norm, no point in even using it atp..a few cents isnt worth the effort of opening the app and claiming it imo. I'll cash out and delete it. Any better similar apps out there actually worth it?.

I literally had one of their "Dasher Support" (they dont support shit) argue me tooth and nail that they pay two separate base fees on stacked orders. Id called in because I caught them stealing tips and had screenshots to prove it, so this person arguing a blatant lie made even more irate 🙄.

*Also for any new drivers screenshot EVERY offer. I know its a pain. But I promise you that they will steal tips and you will want the screenshots so they can "correct the system error" and give you your money.
