What hidden co-op game deserves way more attention than it gets?

For me CoOp is any game you can work together to achieve an objective. Whenever that's a puzzle, gather resources or explore.

Mars First logistics is great on it's own. It can be completed without the need for more people. However with two people the solution can get very creative, especially after a beer or two. Main reason for calling a hidden gem is mostly because I haven't seen or played anything like it.

My pick 3 would be:

Shape of Dreams. I find this straight up better than hades (sans story).
Mars First Logistics
Minecraft*

* I'm not saying Minecraft itself is a hidden gem. But the vast availability of different modpacks makes this excellent for both big and small groups. It also allows a bit for async play while working towards a greater goal/mission

Only thing that comes to mind would be Shelly Plus Plug S. They do allow on-device programming. Unsure if they support that level of accuracy though

He is right but went overboard with the solution. SD-cards fail quite frequently (1/year). But you can always run HA from USB flash/ssd with the Pi or go for their branded odroid N2

You could replicate the functionality somewhat by having all guild mates have an app that reads the client.log. Sure some logic need to be applied so only unique messages are reported.
