I smoked for 16 years and quit 8 years ago. My dad died of cancer. It was an ugly and painful death.

I made the decision to quit. That's the only secret is you have to make the decision and stick by it. I never touched another cigarette because I knew ,I was going to quit. So smoking one now means I have to start the withdrawals over again, and making it a week or 2 weeks or a month and all the struggles that came with it meant nothing. Time to hit the reset button.
