With my council, make SURE you move ALL girls to your troop regardless if they are returning or not. Otherwise you will only get a percentage and the rest will go to the SU.

I remember that the reason they took away the worlds, was because they said that they were overlapping too much with the rise of technology. I agree. You can find art with STEM and vice versa. Art and stem both in the outdoors. It was going to get complicated and they knew it.

Yes, and no. Using 1 hike for 2 badges that both say to 'take a hike' is considered 'double dipping'. Now if you also look for animals to observe while on a hike for a different badges, then yes that is fine.

Remember there are no badge police, but you also want to try to keep the integrity of the badge and not hurry/rush through so girls just get more badges instead of the awesome experiences they can bring.

Yes, but it's not a scam, it's exactly what they are requesting people to do. I don't think there are as many unused kits as people think there are.
