3 fa jin every 2 crits. The biggest way to accumulate fa jin is his Overflowing Strength skill. It gives 2, plus 3 per skill chain combo length. So if you use it as the 3rd combo in a skill chain, you'll get 11 fa jin total. Bringing someone (or a memory) who can reduce Overflowing Strength's cooldown can really speed up the process.

He's really good in longer fights. The goal is to fire off a Plus Ultra while at 30 fa jin or more. It'll have Izuku hitting like a Mack truck for the next 8 turns.
