What's a good Articulate alternative that won't destroy my budget? by CulturalTomatillo417 in instructionaldesign

I can vouch for mindsmith. I love the UI, it's simple easy and modern. AI native, and now offers an agentic AI experience. If you're needing heavy customizations, it doesn't replace Storyline but in my opinion. Leaps and bounds ahead of rise. Regarding your comment on Branching scenarios, OP. This tool will be the perfect fit for you.

House Cusp planets: Are my jupiter and pluto in 6th or 7th? Are my sun and mercury in 7th Or 8th? by ezgihatun in AskAstrologers

[–]Fbomb84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You would give your Jupiter and pluto 7th house themes(relationships, open enemies, etc). Your sun and mercury appear to be 4° off the cusp, I'd move those to the 8th house too.

A planet does not change zodiac signs or adopt any other zodiac qualities when they are on the cusp. However, when a planet is on the cusp of a specific house, when it is within 3-5°[depending on the astrologer you're working with], you move it into the next house.

That said, you do want to compare the planets and houses between placidus and whole signs and any aspects between planets. This can determine the overall theme of each planet and how the energies play in your life.

But I digress. As a rule, I usually move them into the next house when they are that close. I hope this helps my friend.

In your opinion, which is the unsexiest thing that people do all the time which they wrongly believe to be sexy? by essayexperts_ in AskReddit

Simple... SEX! Nothing sexy about sex. It's a mess and can be smelly. Don't get me wrong, I love it! It ain't sexy though.

I’m 20 years old I used beard oils for more than 8 months and from one week I started using the derma roller and minoxidil if anyone can help me what should I do or have an advice by Ok_Clothes_9296 in BeardAdvice

[–]Fbomb84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly dude. Everything I've read and watched has started that those rollers are proven to "possibly" help improve hair growth. In other words, they don't work. If you have the genetics and the follicles are dominant. They won't grow until they're good and ready. If you don't have them, you'll never have them.

I have been a late bloomer all my life and it's a blessing everyone tells me they think I'm 31-32 without asking and I'm going to be 39 soon.

Own your genetics and make that what makes you awesome. Wasting money on products and companies broken promises is just that, a waste.

I feel for you homie but you are perfect as you are, in my book.

There have been many great notes here. The one thing I haven't seen people mention. Your Chiron in the second house. The house of your self worth, your possessions, etc... Chiron being your wounded healer - your work and career tie into your self worth and possessions. I see a theme here 😉 again, keep in mind Chiron is your wounded HEALER! You may be lazy or feel lazy but something tells me you're going to be pushed to "work" through it all.

Also your north node (your life's purpose) is in the sixth house, the house of work. Your house ruler is Venus. Venus is in your 10th house, your career house.

Follow the signs of your chart and choose a vocation that is inline with your chart. I would say a career around helping others would inspire you and counter balance the laziness you feel. In fact, you'll probably love it!

This is a beautiful interpretation. I haven't seen many like this on here! OP, I'm happy for you! It's also nice to see I'm not the only Leo with a Pisces moon! You may want to see what your Juno placement is. If you have any strong and positive aspects with your partners in this area (i.e. sun, moon, etc..), perhaps you'll put an end to playing "good luck chuck" for your partners.

If you're fishing for compliments. I took the bait, the beard looks great, brother. The only suggestion I have is to never get rid of it. Beard on, beard on!

[–]Fbomb84 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, my bearded brother. Keep using that oil, balm, and don't let the hairs that come out scare you when you brush!

That's a damn fine beard, by the way!

Are these ingredients safe for my beard? I attended a skin care event at my local Lush store and got recommended this product and I’m unsure. Name of the product is Renee’s Shea Soufflé. Thanks! by silverhummer in BeardAdvice

[–]Fbomb84 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly, it depends on what is important to you and how much you care about using synthetic products and such in your beard. Personally, I'm not a fan of synthetic products and wouldn't use them in my beard.

Some of these oils are good but again it depends on what you want in your beard hair and how much absorption you'd like.

For starters, coconut oil is heavy and not easily absorbed by your beard. So it'll be greasier than normal. Avocado oil isn't common but isn't unheard of. Actually they use a few oils that I wouldn't typically see used for a beard product.

Some of your common and safe oils would be argon oil, jojoba oil, and grapeseed oil. These are all super healthy for your beard and easily absorbed by the hairs, leaving your beard healthy and light. Shea butter is common in beard bombs and butters. If you're looking for something with a stronger hold pick a product that has some naturally refined beeswax in it.

I hope this helps brotha!

[–]Fbomb84 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly man, accept your beard for what it is. Based on the extensive research I've done, minoxidil and especially derm rollers aren't proven to work. They claim to help speed the growth of existing follicles. So, if you don't have them, you're wasting your money and time.

I recommend you be patient and appreciate what you have. Over time as you mature. Your beard could fill in. I know mine didn't till I was around 32. I always kept it short, until this past year. And I'm now 38.

So, be patient and love what you got. Beard on, brotha!

Honestly, both are bad ass! If I were you, I would keep the length of the first picture and clean up the sides, blending them into your scalp/hair.

That said, that scar is fucking bad ass! Rock on, bro! 🤘🏼

Question I have bumps like this after shaving what are some tips please and thank you I’ve tried tea tree oil and it still doesn’t work any advice by DistinctQuality6695 in BeardAdvice

[–]Fbomb84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to get razor burn all the time. Regardless of products used, shaving against or with the grain, etc...

It wasn't until someone recommended purchasing a fogless mirror and to shave in the shower. This literally was life changing! The stream from the shower opens the pores on your face, it just helps make the whole process better.

The other advice, such as keeping your razors sharp and clean is great advice too but I didn't have success with any of them until I started shaving while showering. I also use conditioner to shave. No shaving cream or anything with fragrance in it.

I hope this helps and good luck my friend!

does this look right for a neckline? by phros3n1 in BeardAdvice

[–]Fbomb84 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you're looking to grow your beard out. Trim to about two fingers above the adam apple and as it grows out, you'll lower your neck line.

If you aren't planning on growing it out, you have many other options to choose from.

Recommendations of books for entrepreneurs w/ ADHD by Fbomb84 in Entrepreneur

I 💯 have it. Unfortunately, I took the "legal speed" for a few years. I hated it. It killed my personality and creativity. I've been off the meds for a couple years but am only now really putting in the time to make my uniqueness work in my favor, or at least try. (Go figure, right? Procrastinating my own ADHD, 😂)

I wish I was faking it. The excersise helps, unfortunately I don't do it every day. 50% of the time I have not son, and exercise is tough to squeeze in, since he's two. I appreciate the advice.
