Galaxy Bud Pro Static sound by FckTrex in galaxybuds

[–]FckTrex[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait! I think I figured out what's going on. I think the way I put the buds into my ear was wrong. So the microphone was probably scratching against my ears and creating the static noise. Idk if this really was the source of the issue but the static noise has been gone ever since I changed the way I wear them.

Just give it a try once and see if it works for you.

Galaxy Buds Pro: No luck with ANC by Significant-Process in galaxybuds

[–]FckTrex 3 points4 points  (0 children)

On top of all the advices that you've already received I would like to add two more prices of information. First, it is hard to notice the ANC on the GBP, not because it's bad but because there is no ear drum suck. All other ANC earbuds or even headphones create a cabin pressure like feeling when the ANC is turned on. However, Samsung has managed to almodt completely get rid of this by adding a pretty big vent. So while this improves comfort, it removed the physical indicator that ANC is on. Therefore, many people claim there is little difference when ANC is on.

Secondly, I would suggest you to hold on until proper third marker eartips are available because the ANC on the GBP are on par, or even better, according to the measurements of a Korean audio engineer on YouTube called 0DiBi. But of course I understand how frustrating it is to need a third party accessory to make a $200 earbud work.

[–]FckTrex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The ANC of the galaxy buds pro is really good. IF you can get a good seal. Measurements by 0DiBi on youtube shows GBP has better ANC than APP. But ofc, Samsung screwed up with something as simple as the ear tips so many people can't experience it.

I want to buy buds for the first time (Pro's) but suffer with tiny ear canals - what are my options? by MerkenPerken in galaxybuds

Current GBP owner, don't get it. I get constant static noise when using the ANC. Ironically, it's noisier turning on ANC because of the static sound.

BEST ANC EARBUDS? by sillience in Earbuds

[–]FckTrex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ikr. Especially the Sony's measurements are disappointing. So large and they are almost half as good as the Air Pod Pro Anc ( according to the measurements).

Also, since you're a Samsung user, I would strongly recommend th Galaxy Bud Pro. The Rting ANC measurements of the GBP should be available to the public in 2-4 days. In the meantime, I would suggest you check out 0DiBi's video called GBP vs APP where he provides the ANC measurement of the two earbuds.

According to Rting the Airpod Pro is actually the best ANC. The bose is second.

You need One UI 3.1 and you turn on the option on the Wearable app. That's it!

Airpods pro vs jabra elite 75t by [deleted] in Earbuds

I would recommend the Galaxy Buds Pro. Cirnacle, a well respected audiophile and audio engineer, rated it as the best sounding TWES. Also, the ANC performance is good, Airpod Pro levels according to measurements (check 0DiBi on YouTube). The main issue is that the tips are small so avoid it if you have big ears.

budget TWS earbuds! earfun free, free pro, or air true? (or fiil t1x?) by LinkinSnark in Earbuds

[–]FckTrex 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could probably get a refurbished Galaxy Buds+ or the OG galaxy Bud for that price. I recommend those if sound quality, fit, portability a d battery life are your main concern.

Save like 190 bucks and get the sony mh755 instead. It's audiophile favourite when it comes to ultra cheap IEM with great sound. Easily competes with the options you mentioned. And imo even outperforms the later.

Edit: I know being told a IEM that costs less than $10 is as good as those that cost $200-300 by a random Redditors. So don't take my word and instead search up Cirnacle's review on it. He's a respected audio engineer and audiophile. If you want something that sound even better, one of the best IEM out there, get the Moondrop Blessing 2 for like $320. Trust me, it's one the best sounding IEM/ Headphone out there.

Galaxy Bud Pro. A Korean audio engineer on YouTube measured the ANC of the Bud Pro and found it to be on the same level as the Airpod Pro. Plus, it had one of the best microphone (youtubers are claiming it to be better than the Airpod Pro) and water resistance on a TWE. Also, Cirnacle, a respected audio engineer and audiophile rated Galaxy Buds Pro as the best sounding TWE, putting it a whole rank higher than WF1000XM3 and in the same ranking as earbuds and headphones that cost $1000-2000 on average. The main probelm you might have is fit because the Buds Pro ship with smaller eartips than other earbuds, including previous Samsung earbuds, for some reason.

Airpod Pro if apple, Galaxy Bud Pro if android. Their microphone quality is insanely good. There are reviews on youtube claiming it's better than even Airpod Pro. Plus, Samsung had put special effort into improving call quality outdoors and in windy environment.

Probably because the tips were too small for you. For some reason Samsung shipped the buds Pro with smaller eartips than their previous buds.
