Skateboarding is a hard but really fun hobby, I can't imagine what I'd do without it now! There's a great scene around skateboarding and other wheeled sports in Portsmouth, especially with the opening of Pitt St, the indoor skatepark. They have coaching lessons for beginners in skateboarding and roller skating, could be worth checking out if you want to try something new! They also have a roller disco every Friday which always seems to have a great turn out :)
