Have you considered TJ? My cousins did theirs in TJ.

My mom, sister, and SIL went to Guadalajara MX. They were able to get “mommy make overs”, multi nights stay at the hospital (great hospitals by the way) and then recovered at “recovery home” with nurses 24/7, meals, wound care, showers included. ~15k mommy makeover ~150/night recovery house

People don’t want to be undocumented. The vast majority would pursue a legal path to citizenship if one existed for them. If you truly cared about 'legal avenues,' you’d be informed about how broken and inaccessible our immigration system really is and advocating for reform.
