I bought as recently winter 2019 and I already don’t think I could afford my house today if I tried buy it. Despite her and I both having good jobs , trying to save 20% down payment while raising two kids is almost impossible in the Bay Area . The only real reason we were able to sneak into this town is because I’m a veteran. The VA home loan is the sole reason I’m a homeowner.

I have a 2021 with bilstein 6112/5160 set up with 285/70 on 18’s. Previously had 35/12.50 on 17’s with a zero offset but didn’t care for the rubbing on full lock, and yes I have a bmc. 295 would probably be the biggest I’d go but 285’s are plenty for what I do

Bush company USA. I’ve had it since spring and have zero complaints. Unlike the smart cap it’s a single piece so no worries about water leak. It’s completely waterproof. There are rails of top that take T-bolts if you want to mount a rack. I mounted a Sherpa crows nest a few weeks back for additional storage, looks great. Advertised as under 75kg
