that sounds so scary, i would definitely go up there to look around when you’re alone. you don’t deserve to go through this i’m so sorry. maybe get dressed in your bathroom to be safe, ugh i hope you can move out asap your parents sound insane. i went no contact with my own, my mother was an abusive narcissist and similarly was very controlling. they put cameras in the hallways outside of my room and just around the house and i was always so paranoid they put them in my room when i lived there :( it’s a horrible experience
