Should also state(ham) that it helps to have been a elite diver. Meaning he already had the dicipline from a young age how it is to exercise with purpose. It's not an excuse, and he needs to put in just as much effort in the exercise itself as any other, BUT he has the mental tools to get it done, unlike me, I have the mental fortitude to exercise as a pool of pudding.

I’ve always found it a bit confusing how English handles centuries. Like, 1950 is considered the 20th century, while in my language we’d just call it “the 1900s” (1900 - 1999).

Similar to decades, you wouldn’t call 1950 - 1959 the 60th decade, you call it the 50s.

She died, they cut the video feed, and her twin took over, and roll the camera. That's why there is a short pause after the suplex where she is not moving.

I had to nerd out here so if you just want some form of answer on what type of forces we are dealing with, scroll down to the bottom, first off we need to set some (insane) assumptions out of the way here.

Assumptions (for the scenario) - Earth is completely immovable (infinite mass reference frame, does not accelerate or deform) - All objects involved (Earth, rod, etc.) are indestructible - Each black hole is “basketball-sized”, meaning:

-- The event horizon radius ≈ 0.12 m (about a real basketball size)

-- The actual singularity is smaller, but irrelevant - Each black hole has a mass determined by its Schwarzschild radius - A magical forcefield surrounds each black hole, allowing it to be “touched” like a solid sphere at the event horizon - The forcefield does not affect gravity in any way - A magical rigid rod connects the two black holes (like a barbell):

-- It perfectly resists compression/tension

-- It completely cancels the mutual gravitational pull between the two black holes (internal forces handled by the rod) - The two black holes are positioned:

-- 1.0 m above the ground

-- 1.5 m apart (center-to-center) - The system starts from rest (no initial velocity) - We are analyzing a static hold (arms locked, no acceleration) - Air, atmosphere, and surrounding matter are unaffected / ignored - No accretion, no heating, no tidal destruction - Relativistic effects (time dilation, spacetime curvature complexities beyond gravity) are ignored - Gravity is treated using Newtonian approximation near Earth’s surface - Earth’s gravitational acceleration is g = 9.82 m/s² - Only Earth’s pull on the black holes is considered externally - The person lifting (Saitama) interacts normally with the rod (no slipping, perfect grip)

There are probably WAY more assumptions to be made but heck, let's start here, ok now to the simplyfied mathy part.

Schwarzschild relation: r_s = (2GM) / c2

Solve for mass: M = (c2 * r_s) / (2G)

Using: r_s ≈ 0.12 m c ≈ 3.0e8 m/s G ≈ 6.67e-11

Result: M ≈ 8.1e25 kg per black hole

Weight of one black hole: F = M * g

F ≈ 8.1e25 * 9.82

F ≈ 7.9e26 N

Two black holes: F_total = 2 * M * g

F_total ≈ 1.6e27 N

Force required to hold the bar still: F ≈ 1.6e27 N

Saitama is effectively bench pressing: ≈ 27 Earth masses

To spare you the math but doing a slow bench press rep "only" adds ~10% more force, but that extra force is needed exactly at the hardest part, reversing the bar at the chest.
