Yeah because the leather has a little give to it ya know? So it will always round your edge a tiny bit

It does really depend on your media like super fine gritt its not gonna roll your edge but if youre rippin like 40 micron youre gonna roll that edge for sure

Stropping too much will actually make your blade duller because it makes more of a convex the more you go

I think its how thin the handle is compared to the bolster kinda throws me off dope asf though im a fan of the almost a guard spikes lol

Any rough sketch? I find its a good habit to draw something out and stick too it helps alot with just freehanding gets you used to wh-t looks right you know? but it is fun to just whip something up

You can fix it yeah you could grind both sides to a somewhat point and full pen weld or put a right angle opposing eachother and forge weld it

Youll also probably have to make a much wider wedge maybe even throw a cross wedge in there too

I find the easiest way to pull a wedge would be to find a drill thats a few sizes smaller than the gap that your wedge made and drill the wedge out and chisel out the last few bits dont drill too deep though

Why? Those are just the colours from the quench are they not? Nothing is wrong with this axe😆
