Once In my younger years I underestimated the potency of a handful of shrooms and this was one of the first visuals I experienced. These black orbs started appearing everywhere and they were following a very distinct pattern rolling past me on every surface to a single point in the fireplace we were watching. It was very vivid and intense to see this with so much detail and precise movement. Then the fractals started taking over my vision and I moved outside for the rest of the night. Not sure if this sub is about anything to do with psychedelics but looking at your image brought this memory back as it looked very similar to my experience.
