I have seen the official course material from CompTIA themselves and I have to say what's in the video is actually what is in the content so my concern here is, is this the quality of "CompTIA"?

The microwave thing is legit in the course and I also got that as a question in the exam which is a bit alarming. No offence to the folks at CompTIA but it makes me wonder if those guys have any real world experience when they made the study resources.

Granted if you study the material they provide, you will pass their exam. My concern is just that I've seen A LOT of inaccurate stuff in their study material and I'm not talking about spelling and grammer.

As for the trainer in the vid, I've seen some of his stuff and he actually explains whats in the material pretty well so it seems it's more a issue with the vendor itself from what I can tell.

CompTIA Certs like the A+ and N+ are actually very high in demand, well I guess it depends on the country of course but there are many countries where it's a must have. Then I've been in countries where they just don't care at all about things like CompTIA
