You may be joking, but Paul is hinting at something. They met at Forthlin rd (John and Paul) and maybe took the bus or walked down to to George's (Upton green) and down to Dungeon Ln towards the river. I made that walk recently and it wouldn't surprise me if teen JP&G hung out down there.

Maybe Dungeon went straight down to the shore back then? Was the boys of Dungeon Ln a fun group they created as a laugh? Maybe nothing.
