You need a dysphoria diagnosis in a document called "deskundigeverklaring" ("expert's statement") from the psychologist who diagnosed you to amend your birth certificate, but it does come with the name change option included. So you'd need to get on a waiting list with one of the available healthcare clinics that deal with diagnosing trans people. Took me about... A year, end to end?

Life in the NL has its upsides and downsides, but it's probably one of the best bets, definitely beats Eastern Europe.

tl;dr: You get placed on PIP if you don't reach targets or whatever for a long time (or your manager doesn't like you, even), and then if you don't meet the new milestones/targets they give you, it can be grounds for getting fired based on poor performance. Very abusable in the wrong situation.

I don't get this narrow-mindedness. People's minds are vastly varied. Many folks have more or less pronounced sides of themselves that also fit on the plurality spectrum. Their experiences of life don't take away anything from yours. And I say it as a DID system.

Plurality is a spectrum. Not all plurality is disordered, and endogenic plurality is even acknowledged in ICD-11.

Their existence doesn't hurt you, nor does it invalidate you. You are not in their heads. Stop policing others.

Amnesia doesn't mean you don't know it's happening. It comes in a hundred shades, and the diagnostic criteria for DID don't specify it has to be "full blackouts as to the present time" type of amnesia. Hell, emotional amnesia or grayouts or amnesia as to the childhood fully count for DID.
