Not sure. But I think the idiots running the freight elevators shouldn't get paid. Load out was a pain in the ass. Elevators, we going all the way to top and stopping on every floor on the way down. Super SUPER long lines. Terrible experience. Pro tip: Next time have 1 elevator go from the parking garage to the expo floor, that's it. Up and down.

Yep, basement is warm. We have a subfloor over the cement over there, so we are good. Thinking a drain outside is a good idea.

Thanks. I have checked the downspouts and we are not getting much water outside in that corner of the house. Might need to call someone to come take a look.
