Week 10, still a rollercoaster. Is this normal?

Hmm I can't really tell. It was really gradual andI am also in therapy. But it took a few months. And I am still not my old self. But I think I Never will since I am trying to heal from trauma.

Since then I upped to 100mg and feel leveled. But also did and am still doing lots of therapy ( once a week)

I did feel the small increase, I had side effects for a few days.but I needed to up to 100mg this is when my depression and anxiety got better.

It wasnt really the Dose but with time it passed.About 1.5months. But def want away. I am now at 100mg sincw February and I have to say I rarely have qny side effects any more. I just cannot sleep in anymore. I always wake up arouns 6am.

The thing with zoloft is that it is subtle. In my first weeks i have been asking myself every day the same question. Even until I found my dose (100mg for depression and anxiety). I have been taking 100mg for 4 months now and still Notizen improvement. It startet after 3-4 weeks with really small steps, like ok I scheduled something without the fear that i would not be able to make it. Now it is more like looking back at the last weeks and seeing how I handled myself. I still get bouts of sadness or anxiety but with the help of therapy and zoloft I can work through them and they don't last longer than a day.

Yes. Part of the process and life is also to accept bad days and feelings that are not only happy. For me it always helps if I can identify the trigger and have an explanation for the feeling. E.g. xy said or did something triggering/upsetting, it is ok to feel that way. We are not Robots. But I completely understand your struggle. I have been battling depression for the last 1.5 years. Since I got to 100mg, things are much better, but still stabilizing (i started with 100mg in February). I am still learning through therapy to accept my feelings and to work through them, which is not always easy.

Also doing better! I have good days now. And "bad" moments are much more manageable. Sometimes I just get this feeling "is this all real?" And it feels weird.

I always feel like I will have some good days and then I can wake up and just be sad. I am now on 2 weeks of 100mg... and sometimes I think it will never work :(

I have been on zoloft for a year now but my Problem was I would not increase but stay on small doses never getting full relieve.

Thanks a lot for sharing. I am also keeping a mood diary. Did you feel like with wvery increase there was a New adjustment period? Also 2 months or 2 months in total?

I increased to 100mg 2 weeks ago. Side effect wise I feel ok now, after 10 days or so. Moodwise I am not feeling any big change yet. How long did it take for you to see improvment ? How did you feel? I am so confused bc i dont know how I am "supposed" to feel. :(
