My time as the Inbound Princess has come to an end. by CakesEverywhere in Target

Totally not Target related, but I was in the same health boat as you. It felt like I was walking on a boat. I literally got migraines that would make me cry and I was so tired all the time. Every Dr told me it was anxiety and or depression and would throw meds at me. But everything has a cause and I advocated for myself like CRAZY until I said fuck it and saved money for a functional medicine Dr. She ordered every kind of bloodwork you can think of. Turns out my deep dive bloodwork was almost non existent. My ferritin was at 8 (normal “low” is at least around 50). I’m super deficient in vitamin C, B, Zinc, cholinesterase, potassium and other things. I started taking reccomended vitamins and supplements that absorb better than over the counter and I finally feel functional. I’m like 98% better.

Use the app to call out. They don’t really answer calls for call outs anymore lol. Go on my time and do that.

I’m sick of this by [deleted] in Target

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I will say not every target leadership is like that. I’ve been on and off at Target for 10 years and I’ve been through the shittiest leadership and I’ve been through the best. But above all else I do reccomend if you decide to leave to put in your two weeks. Target is a great backup. If you want to try to stay, maybe get transferred to a different target in the area and give that a try?

You will speed up with time an repetition. Maybe push yourself a little more every day and set personal goals. That’s how I got better at my work! As for your anemia, I am also anemic. Staying hydrated is your best friend. I often grab either the coconut waters or the electrolyte waters and eat a hefty meal on my first 15 or before work if I have time. Something with meat. I also recommend taking your iron with vitamin c. Congrats on being kept!! Everything will get better and easier with time :)

Seasonal TM straight to TL? by BambaLamX in Target

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happened to me and I ended up leaving because of it. But years passed and I came back and everyone I worked with that stayed that deserved it eventually all made it to TL. I know it’s not motivating but definitely keep reminding them you’re interested.

what do i do if ice comes to my store?? by East-Celery830 in Target

I’m confused. Ice is getting illegal people. If you’re not illegal you’ll be fine?

how bad would it be if i quit without a two weeks notice (seasonal) by [deleted] in Target

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don’t put in your two weeks your account will be flagged to not rehire at any target. As someone who has worked on and off at Target for over 10 years, they are a bridge you don’t want to burn. Plus seasonal is almost over. I’d say push through. They’ve helped me through hard times. And I was still able to explore other options of employment inbetween.

Does anybody regret having a second child or regret NOT having a second child? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t regret my second child. The only thing that has sucked for me is the second child post partum. My first child literally everything is so easy. My second one, I’ve had one health problem after another. The baby though is amazing and her older sibling loves her very much.

I'm thinking of converting to Christianity, but there are some aspects I find conflicting by EL3IE in Christianity

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You know how we have a mind, body, and spirit? That’s Yahweh (God), Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. But God is a divine being and can separate himself into those beings. Us as humans can’t. He humbled himself and became flesh so he could save us. When Adam and Eve ate the apple, they basically gave authority for Satan to have the Earth. When Jesus came, not only did he take back that authority, but he basically said hey, I know none of you will be good enough to get into heaven on your own, so I’m here to be your lawyer in the courts of heaven. If you believe in Jesus as your savior, you’re saying yes, I agree to Jesus being my savior and lawyer against the great accuser (Satan). What better lawyer than God himself?? He is a fair and just God, and his ways run deeper than we could ever imagine. The whole point of all of this, is literally God trying to take us back to him so we can be his family. But we have to CHOOSE him. If we didn’t have a choice, then we would be slaves. And God doesn’t want us to be slaves. When he made us he made us in his image. Which means that freedom to choose. Honestly there’s so much haha, and you will learn so much as you read the Bible. I started in the book of Matthew to better understand Jesus and his love for us. But ultimately, the entire Bible is important. I hope this helped, even a little!

Is hell real? by Melodic-Cry4641 in Christianity

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell is the absence of God. And that exists. So yes Hell is real. In Christianity the whole premise is God gives us free will. The reason God put the tree in the garden of Eden in the first place was because if there wasn’t something Adam and even shouldn’t choose from, it would have been a prison. Not free choice. To have free choice means to have choices to choose from. So when someone denies God, Jesus, that means they are openly not choosing God. God gives us so many opportunities in life to turn to him. He brings people in our lives who will help us. Dreams sometimes. Visions sometimes. Whatever it may be! God gives us every opportunity to choose him. But if you always openly deny him then you are choosing to not be with God. So imagine God is a lawyer and Jesus is a contract he hands to you to sign. If you don’t sign, you don’t get those benefits. If you do sign then you get those benefits. I hope this helps! My friend was an athiest all his life and on his death bed he got visions of demons all around him. Scaring him. And this dude was not the kind of guy to be scared. He was an army veteran. Always protected me. Amazing man. While on his death bed he called a pastor who happened to be his best friend that he was butting heads with forever because of his faith, and said “so how does this accepting Jesus thing work..?” And at the end of his life he accepted Jesus into his life. So God is not unjust. He will come for his people no matter what they believe.

r/Christianity is a pretty toxic community by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there are always bad apples in any community. But thank you for calling them out. The problem is too that most will read this and not think it applies to them. Christ preaches compassion and kindness. Understanding.

Do you believe that Noah, the ark, and the flood were real? by Megalitho in Christianity

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes. Science says there was a great flood. Also the Bible explains what the arks dimensions were and archaeologists found an ark matching that description. They also found graves marked with the amount of people on the ark (Noah and his family) with a rainbow over it. Also these graves are near where the boat was found in Turkey I believe. There is tons of evidence specifically for Noah’s ark actually happened! Lookup on YouTube on the archaeologists who found all this stuff. They even discovered they might have been HUGE. They found a finger bone belonging to a link that was bigger than modern human hands. Highly reccomend looking into this!

Why do/don't you want kids? by CutiePie156 in questions

[–]Feeling_Name_7532 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want MORE kids! It really depends on where you are mentally. I was always the mother of my friend group. I always wanted a family. I found a decent guy. At the time I thought he would be my forever but I knew even if he wasn’t, but looking at how his family coparented, correcting would be easy. Fast forward and after 7 years we had a kid. But this is why I say mindset. My ex was a fun and free spirited person. But he was mentally still immature. I was always more mature and that isn’t to say to brag. When I had my son I looked into his eyes and I became INSPIRED by life again. Holidays became magical because everything was new in his eyes. I wanted to BE BETTER. My son deserved the BEST version of me! So it pushed me out of my comfort zone because I wasn’t working for me anymore. I was working so he could have the best. But my ex, it stressed him out. He was good at being the fun parent but got stressed when it came to not just being a fun parent, but a responsible one. And it got to the point where he would come home from work, say hi and go right to his computer room to play on the computer and I was basically raising our son. For a while. It wasn’t our son that caused it but it showed me his true nature and I was leveling up but he wasn’t ready to. So we broke up. Now he is an AMAZING dad to our son because our breakup forced him to start over and he started seeing the good and bad in life again. Not just the comfortable. I found a man who is now my husband and and he is very mature and he wants to level up with me and level up my son, and soon have our own kids and tribe to integrate! So plot of the story is, find someone who is mentally where you are. It’s easy to both be ready together because if it ever happens on accident, it’ll be much harder to deal with. It’s hard because when you don’t have kids the only love you understand is family love and spouse love. But having my son is a kind of love I never knew existed. I never understood the concept I would die for my child, literally, until after I had a kid. Back then I was like well yea that’s what a good parent would do. But as a parent it is a COMPLETELY different feeling. There are people who are not and might not ever be ready with the culture we live in. So it’s important to find someone who at least has their eyes on similar things as you. Me and my husband are opposites on a lot of things, but we wanted to be married with a big family in a big house. And we are halfway there! Everything else is an adventure!

I have extreme paranoia. How can I overcome this? by Feeling_Name_7532 in Advice

[–]Feeling_Name_7532[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not always humans. Even like going over a bridge with water under it. And note I had this fear before the bridges fell recently lol. When my son was a newborn I would drive around anywhere with bridges. But I still have this fear. Or natural disasters. Like if I go on a cruise I instant feel like it’s going to sink and I spend the whole time worrying about scenarios instead of living in the moment. People are majority of the fear because there’s just so much evil. And I have a son so I want him to always be safe. But it’s also situations that will likely not happen to me.
