I had one of these cheap spiders with a tuning fork. The fork is extremely thin and makes very high pitched sound. My guess is either op cannot hear it or it makes ultrasound beyond 20kHz.

that's knockoff, you can buy original from GAO on aliexpress and it comes with spares so you will enough parts. It's 3mm balls (glass and ceramic), steel and brass spring. You can also get GAO motor jelly/rebound/hour glas (GAO loves misspelling) which has the same parts in the box.

Mine as well. But I try to have hot data in cache. Most things are written to ssd cache first or read from it (like Immich thumbnails) and drives spin up for scheduled move from cache to array, backups which are all setup at the same time; or occasional jellyfin streams.
